The information that we collect
You can directly or indirectly give us information about yourself in different ways, such as when you contact us, leave a comment, when you choose to shop at our checkout, when you use our web page or any other of Zivo's Services were you provide your personal information. These can be:

How long we keep your information
We store information about you for as long as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned above. Then we delete them. Unless you agree to something else, this means that:
Information about the administration of membership is deleted no later than 6 months after the membership has ended.
Information about training history and information about online training is deleted no later than 6 months after the membership has ended.
Information about comments left on the website are deleted when you request it.
Information about training-related Services is deleted on an ongoing basis.
Purchase information is deleted after 5 years in accordance with the law of accounting (bokföringslagen).
For users who register on our website, we save the personal information they enter in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except that they cannot change their username). The site administrators can also view and edit this information.
We can choose to anonymize the above information instead of deleting it, ie. we save the information, without it being possible to link it to you as an individual.
