Zivo AB was established in 2021 with the goal of getting more people to feel good and live a healthier life. Many people have the ambition and will to make changes in their life, but don’t have the right conditions, tools or possibilities to go to a place where they can get help.

With us you will be able to train anywhere. We have facilities in central Gothenburg and Landvetter, but are flexible to meet you at home, outside or Online.

The word Zivo means to live. To live a healthy and active life where you can move freely without pain, be able to do all your chores and have energy and strength left for what matters the most. The feeling of being strong and invincible.

Health and wellbeing are very important to us and we will do our utmost for you to achieve your goal.

Together we will take one step at a time, celebrate sub-goals, improve your self-esteem, and make you feel strong and invincible.
